He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Perry and Garnett Perry; and his brothers, Gary and Charles. He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia R. Rippy; and his siblings, Lester (Jackie) of Elkhart, Keith (Becky) of Shipshewana and Malinda Lethiot (Wayne) of Mottville.
