She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Lee Smith and Phyllis Louis Smith; her husband Jon Clark; her children, Johnnie Clark (April), Michelle Gaipa (Ken) and Amanda Gonzalez (Salvador); and her grandchildren, Cameron Clark, Carlee Clark, Gianna Gaipa, Kailyn Gonzalez, Max Gonzalez and Skylar Gonzalez.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Omega Event Center (2130 Middlebury St, Elkhart, IN 46516). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
