He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Rogers and Elizabeth "Betty" Rogers; and his siblings, Ronald, James and Royce Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rogers (Wardlow); his children, Shelley Larkin (Rex) and Scott Rogers (Lisa); his grandchildren, Levi Rogers (Kristyn), Mathew Rogers, Lexi Karagiannis and Kylie Larkin; and his great grandchild Asin Rogers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
