She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Barbour and Lucy Russell (Allen); her siblings, Richard Barbour (Barbara), Kenneth Barbour, Roger Barbour and Marie Haddox; her stepmother Vera Barbour; her children, Eric Waugh, Jeremy Waugh (Rebecca) and Sandra Waugh; her grandmother Nana; her grandchildren, Emma, Shay, Alixandra, Jonas, Caden, Tyler, Grace, Michael and Caleb; her great grandchild Baxter; her brothers, Jim Barbour (Katie), Eddie Barbour (Bradi) and Donnie Russell (Lori); and her sister-in-law Felicia Barbour. She was also cherished by many extended family members and friends.
