She is survived by: her husband Rex Lee Mellinger; her sons, Jeremy L. Mellinger (Catherine Eggleston) of Elkhart and Timothy L. Mellinger (Heather) of Brimfield, MI; her grandchildren, Alexis Mellinger, Dayton Mellinger and Gabriel Kauffman; Bentley Reed and Kayden Hudnall.
