She is survived by: her husband Jay Shaffer of Elkhart, IN; her stepsons, Jay Shaffer of Elkhart, IN., Patrick Etherington (Jenni) and Kurt Etherington (Jill); her stepgrandchildren, Doug Shaffer (Haley) of Bristol, IN., Caleb Shaffer (Rebecca) of Edwardsburg, MI, Chanda Shaffer of Edwardsburg, MI, Nathan, Emily, Logan, Andrew and Rebekah Etherington; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hoyt, Case, Beau, Ember, Holsyn and Alexandria.
