He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Garland and Mary Lucy Rutter (Phairas); and his pet Annie. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Hall (Jeremy); his siblings, Tyke Rutter (Sandy) of Limestone, MI, Larry "Roxanne" Rutter of Sturgis, MI, Duane Rutter of Sturgis, MI and Linda Rutter of Nottawa, MI; his grandchildren, Tatiana, Tyler, Noah and Isabelle; and his pets, Ozzy, Harriett, Cowboy and Runt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
