She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Howard and Madeline Howard (Bailey); and her siblings, Shelby Howard and Virginia Little. She is survived by: her children, Geraldine Miller of Goshen, Deborah Vettese (John) of Las Vegas, Nevada and Randy Miller of Goshen; and her siblings, Rella Smith, Martha Ferguson (Steve), Elizabeth Smith (Larry), Kathleen Smith (A. C.), Matilda Smith, Noah Howard (Pam) of Kentucky and Lester Howard (Mary) of Kentucky. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
