It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Joanne Izak of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zale and Frances Zale (Jeska); her husband Theodore John Izak of Mark's Roman Catholic Church; her brothers, Raymond, Joseph and Bernard Zale; her son Laurence Izak; and her granddaughter Jaime L. Chesney (Steve).
She is survived by: her caregiver Karen Izak; her sons, Theodore Izak, Michael Izak (Lisa), Joseph Izak of New Orleans, LA., Robert Izak (Lisa) of Elkhart, Kenneth Izak (Libby) of Elkhart and David Izak of Elkhart; and her brothers, Eugene Zale (Cheryl) of Warsaw and Ted Zale (Deb) of East Lansing, Mi.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
