She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Replogle and Hattie Replogle (Rice); her husband Franklin Stephic; her children, Donald Stephic and Patricia A. Hummel; and her great grandchild Treyson Stephic.
She is survived by: her sons, Eugene Stephic and Charles Stephic (Brenda); and her brother Raymond Replogle. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
