She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen Hayes and Anna Hayes (Baggett); her son Guy Michael Nelson; her granddaughter Leslie Marshall; and her brothers, Edward, Hubert and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Nelson (Beth), Cindy Marshall (Mike) of Elkhart and Joyce Watkins of Buchanan, MI.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Sotebeer (Chad), Marissa Golla (Matt), Keaira Lambright (Austin) and Blake Smith (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Sophia, Whitney, Kabella, Isabel, Kaitlyn and Zoey; her friends, Donny, Mary Martin, Gordon Shaum and Ken Sheppard; and her pet Gracie.
