She is survived by: her husband Edwin Perry Slack; her children, Jodi Taylor (Chaz) of Elkhart, IN and Michael Graham (Barbara) of Elkhart, IN; her granddaughter Gabrielle Graham; her sister Mary Elizabeth Curry of Merritt Island; her niece Carolyn Curry Tallman; her nephew Thomas Curry; her great-niece Margaret; her great-nephew Joseph; her brothers-in-law, Blake Slack (Cindy) and Romayne Slack (Edna); and her nieces, Heather Lowry (Shaun), Teresa Nissley (Ken) and Shonne Harkrider (Jon).
