He is survived by : his mother Bertila Arevalo of San Vicente; his children, Maritza Arevalo of Elkhart, Jenifer Arevalo of Elkhart, Claudia Morales of Elkhart, Michael Arevalo (Daeleanna) of Elkhart, Martin Arevalo, Jr. of Elkhart, Jonny Arevalo of Elkhart, Jason Arevalo of Elkhart and Fredy Flores of Elkhart; and his siblings, Ana Melendez, Yaneth Melendez, Rubidia Arevalo, Miladis Arevalo, Juber Melendez, Carlos Melendez, Munual Melendez, Edgardo Melendez, Vidal Melendez, Santos Arevalo and Redanis Arevalo (William Arevalo). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
