He is survived by: his girlfriend Rhonda Kirby; his stepchildren, Tasha Gose, Sasha Kenyon and Otis Kirby (Krystal); his siblings, Will Owens (Jane), Bill Owens, Steve Owens (Tammi), Patricia Bahmann (Paul), Lisa Samodell (Dave), Cynthia Hellwig (John) and Sarah Owens (Jim); his grandchildren, Joseph, Areanna, Xander, Otis, Jr. and Richie; and his stepfather Charles Daneker, III. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
