He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Mabel Helen Minegar (Fish); his wife Shirley Ann Minegar (Lowell); his siblings, Keith, Robert, Donald, Raymond Minegar, Hershel Emmons, Juanita Minegar and Carol A. Bruce; and his little Maltese (Abby).
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly A. Herbster of Warsaw and Kevin E. Minegar of Elkhart; and his sisters, Phyllis Oswald of Elkhart and Shirley Cook of Elkhart. He is also survived by extended family, dear friends, and former coworkers.
