He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Leroy Wilsey and Georgia Maxine Darr; his wife Elvira; his children, Marvin, Kim Billman (John) of Goshen, Mike Wilsey (Paige) of South Bend, Steve Wilsey of South Bend and Scott Wilsey (Lari) of Loveland, Colo.; his grandchildren, Bambi Mroz (Matt) of Manchester, Conn., Chris Billman (Sylvia) of Goshen, Lindsay Brenneman of Goshen, Riley Wolff of South Bend and Cassidy Wolff of South Bend; his great grandchildren, Anaiya, Bayleigh, Corbin and Eleanor; and his siblings, Ruth Schiller (Bruce) of San Rafael, Calif, Jean Bishop (Bob) of Kalamazoo, Mich and Edwin Wilsey (Marsha) of Okeechobee, Fla.. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
