She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Michael and Josephine Wittling (Majchrzak); and her husband John A. Carusillo, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tom Carusillo (Barb) of Indianapolis, IN, Steve Carusillo of Kalamazoo, MI, Jim Carusillo (Lisa) of Bristol, IN and Maureen Munger (Jeff) of Osceola, IN. She is also survived by 5 granddaughters; 1 grandson and 3 great-granddaughters.
