He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Mary K. McGinnity; and his brother Timothy McGinnity. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. McGinnity of Elkhart, IN; his daughters, Elizabeth A. Klein of DuPont, WA and Jessica L. Davis (Jason) of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Isaiah Miles, Amelia Klein, Luke Davis and Caleb Davis; and his siblings, Margaret Thomas of South Bend, IN, Kathleen Erin of Peoria, IL, Jane McGinnity of Phoenix, AZ, Susan McGinnity of Mesa, AZ, Mary McGinnity of Mesa, AZ, Patrick McGinnity (Tina) and Joseph McGinnity (Cathy) of Maricopa, AZ.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
