She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred F. Rhoads and Vera E. Rhoads (Gardner); and her brother Charles F. Rhoads. She is survived by: her husband Bud Richmond; her children, Steve Peterson (Luanne), Cathy Blanchard (Ron) and Mike Peterson (Dawn); and her stepchildren, Mike Richmond (Louise), Bill Richmond (Mary Corl) and Heidi Payne (Jeff). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
