She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Poznanski and Valerie Poznanski (Pasket); and her sisters, Bonnie Koczan and JoAnn Koehler. She is survived by: her husband Samuel DeSimone; her daughters, April Pontius (Todd) and Dawn Craig (Kent); and her grandsons, Austin Pontius and Dylan Craig. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Center for Hospice Care.
