She was predeceased by: her parents, George Melvin Neff and Eloise L. Bender (Wenner); her husband Walter Smith (Jerry Lee Bickel); her sons, Daniel and Johnathan Smith; and her sister Sandra Long.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Williams (Harvey), Matthew Smith (Cynthia), Jason Smith and Angel (Victor); her stepchildren, Brandon, Elizabeth, Stacie, Melanie and Jeremy; and her siblings, Janet Yoder (Larry), New Paris, Carol Gleason (Arnold), Tommy Haslett (Jan) and Michelle Changizi (Kory). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
