The memory of Paul Canter of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on July 10, 2025 at the age of 69, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sr. Canter and Etta Mae Canter (Baker); his son-in-law Josh Sporner; and his grandson Mykale Canter. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Canter of Elkhart, IN; his children, Nathan Canter (Dené) of Madison, AL, Drew Canter (Lonie Wiggins) of Nappanee, IN and Kayla Sporner of Pierceton, IN; and his brothers, Bruce Canter (Jeannie) of Brooksville, FL and Brett Canter (Cindy) of Portage, MI.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Thompson Lengacher and Yoder Funeral Home (950 N Main St, Nappanee, IN 46550). A memorial service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
