He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Dishong and Louva Dishong (McClane); and his siblings, George Dishong and Betty Yaney. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sue Dishong (Clem); his daughters, Tracy Begley (Bobby) and Lisa Donati (Claude); and his grandchildren, Frank Culkar IV, Matthew Culkar, Michael Culkar (Natalie), Robert Begley, Alexis Yeoman (Gary), Maria Donati, Sophia Donati and Keri Richmond.
Memorial donations may go to Olivet Nazarene Scholarship Fund and the Humane Society of Elkhart County.
