She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Gene Streetman and Berlina Stamper (Charlie); and her son Jason Wade Clevenger. She is survived by: her son John Michael Clevenger; her grandchildren, Calandra Clevenger and Alexis Clevenger; her great grandchild Nova June Clevenger; her brothers, Randy Streetman (Debbie) and Ricky Streetman (Lisa); and her half-sister Sue Erbaugh.
