He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kander and Sally Kander; his wife Judy (DeVault); and his brother Barry. He is survived by: his siblings, Fay Kennedy and Len Kander; his daughters, Mary Nehring (Scott) and Kim Clopton (Casey); his grandchildren, Matt, Grace, Keaonna, Jackson and Jolie; and his great grandchild Sur.
