He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Teegarden Sr. and Neva Teegarden (Milliken). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Teegarden (Parsley); his children, Tammy Jarvis (Jim), Terri Teegarden and Dennis Teegarden (Tracy); his stepsons, Christopher Baldwin (Nancy) and Brent Baldwin (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Mark Frey, Scott Frey, Alexandra Jarvis, Mackenzie Jarvis, Nathaniel Jarvis, Taylor Reihl, Torey Crowell, Allison Baldwin, Sam Baldwin, Ashley Baldwin, Sydney Baldwin, Garrett Baldwin, Maria Baldwin and Brady Baldwin; and his siblings, Betty Moubray Ballard, Doris Clark, Ruth Gill and Phil. He is also survived by his fourteen great-grandchildren.
