She is survived by: her children, Lynn Prater (Robert) of Bonita, Clark Vernon Taylor (Margaret) of Ludlow and Gary Ralph Taylor (Paula) of Cornelius. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Phyllis' name to the Diabetes Association or to Church World Service.
