She was predeceased by: her parents, Ingvard Hackenson and Viola Hackenson; her husband John J. Werbianskyj; her stepson Mark Werbianskyj; her brother Roger Hackenson; and her former husband Willard Higgins.
She is survived by: her sister Diane White; her cousin Ruth Carlson; her children, Cheryl Reed (Higgins), Douglas Higgins and Lori Weldy (Higgins); and her grandchildren, Jon Werbianskyj (Cindy), Sabrina Mullen, Greg Werbianskyj (Karen) and Tamara Moore (Calvin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Omega Event Center (2130 Middlebury St, Elkhart, IN 46516).
