Hofacker (Adam), Kyle S. Smith and Nicholas R. Reedy; and his great grandchildren, Xavier, Matthew, Noah, Luke, Elizabeth, Josephine, Gemma, Maria, Ezra, Gabriel Brother Pete Smith and Sister Fran Cain (Harry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
