He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel C. Allen and Bertha M. Allen (Adams); his wife Rose Ann Allen (Viers); his daughters, Terry Ann VonBlon and Tina Allen; his granddaughter Candi VonBlon; and his siblings, Chester Allen, Merle Humfleet, Frank Allen and Terry Allen.
He is survived by: his daughter Wanda Jones (Jerry) of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Crystal (Brock), Brandon, April (Danny), Casey, Adam and Ciara; and his close friend Tennis Spencer. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, several cousins, nephews and nieces.
