He is survived by: his children, Jason Smith of Nappanee, IN and Erin Smith (Angela) of Lakeville, IN; the mother of his children Paula Gluck; his grandchildren, Raice Martin, Taylor Smith, Morgana Smith, Bailey Smith, David Smith, Logan Smith, Jason Reed, Trinity Wise and Hannah McKinney; his great grandchildren, Sofia Smith, Zoey Smith and Maverick Martin; and his siblings, Ronald Smith (Becky) of Corydon, IN and Heidi Sampson (Dave) of Arizona.
