She was predeceased by: her parents, Mart Goldy and Bertha Goldy (Dean); her husband Robert Ballard; her grandchildren, Courtney, Jason, Nathan, Shanna and Zachiah; and her great grandchildren, Paisley and Lily.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Ballard Jr. (Sherry), Donna Morris (Doug Osborne), Mart Ballard (Sally), John Morris and Linda Fry; and her brother Raymond Goldy. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Hospice Care.
