He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Waterson and Frances Waterson Sr. (Toothman); his wife Sherry Harting; his granddaughters, Cassandra and Abby; and his siblings, Cynthia Hamilton and Ricky Waterson Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Russell Waterson III (Kendra), Rusti Condado (Noel), Randi Araujo (Albert) and Alfred "Tommy" Lowe; and his brothers, Frank and Douglas. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help offset expenses.
