She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard; her parents, Herbert Lorenz and Ella Marie Lorenz; her brother Frank Lorenz; her son Stan Hoover; her grandchildren, Michelle Hines and Jerod Hoover; and her great grandchild Shaina Hoover.
She is survived by: her children, James Hoover (Kay) of Phoenix, AZ, Carol O'Neil (David) of Elkhart, IN and John Hoover (Franny) of Arcanum, OH; her daughter-in-law LeeAnn Hoover of Elkhart, IN.; and her grandchildren, James Hoover (Tami), Carol Hoover, Mark Steinmetz (Cherie), Susan Steinmetz Blair (Wayne), Amy O'Neil Wolschlager (Kevin), Nicholas Hoover (Andrea), Michael Stempler (Laura), Benjamin Stempler, Samuel Hoover (Debra), Ruthanne Hoover Gentry (Luke) and Seth Hoover (Jamie). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, nephews, and a multitude of friends and extended family.
The family welcomes memorial donations be made to the Center for Hospice Care, Ernestine M. Raclin House.
