With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth L. Ziems of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Bourbon, Indiana, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilbur L. and Mary E. Silvius (Baugher); and her siblings, Margaret E. Squires, Josephine E. Albritton, Lila I. Powell, Robert L. and John P. Silvius.

She is survived by : her sister Lola Silvius DeVries. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bristol Community Church (201 S Division St, Bristol, IN 46507).
