She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas D. Neal and Marilyn Sue Neal (Wagner); and her husband Albert Rowe. She is survived by: her sister Susan Anderson (Mitch) of Elkhart; her nephew Benjamin of South Bend; her niece Catelyn of Atlanta; her stepdaughter Tammy Matz (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Leah Rassi (Gatlin), Reid Matz (Macy O'Malley) and Carlie Smith (Jeff) of Inverness, IL. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
