He was predeceased by: his father Owen Andrews; and his brothers, Mark and Mike Andrews. He is survived by: his children, Scott O. Andrews, Shane M. Andrews and MacKenzie L. Andrews; and his sisters, Cathy Andrews and Debbie Taylor (Steven).
