It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley J. Boyer of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Scearce and Martha Scearce; her husband Harold Boyer; her siblings, Keith Scearce, Barbara Gard and Ike Scearce; her grandson Chris Siebert; and her son-in-law Kenneth Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Boyer (Jody) of White Pigeon, MI., Jeff Boyer (Sally) of Bristol, IN., Julie Williams of Elkhart, IN and Pam Gordon (John) of St. Pete; her grandchildren, Doug Jr. Boyer (Carrie), Kelly Freedline (Josh), Olivia Swinehart (Jake), Maddie Platz (Caleb), Justin Williams (Rachel), Brenden Williams (Adrienne), Krista Young, Kamdyn Williams, Casey Westlake (Carmen) and Matthew Westlake; her great grandchildren, Ethan Boyer, Kyle Boyer, Giana Irelan (Nick), Ty Freedline, Hannah Freedline, Beau Freedline, Dylan Freedline, Blake Freedline, Bailee Freedline, Nevaeh Freedline, Finley Swinehart, Mia Swinehart, Jayden Moore, Brayden Moore, Natalia Martinez, Analaya Barham, Liam Williams, Harmony Williams, Alec Nwokah, Zekiel Williams, Pierce Williams, Rhys Williams, Drue Williams, Andrew Siebert, Tyler Siebert, Alexandria Westlake and Larkin Westlake; and her sister Nancy Starforth of Kansas City, MO..
