She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hayes and Sandra Eberlein (Montel); and her children, Damien and Tara. She is survived by: her children, Ashley Scott, Steven D. Laughman and Scott Fry; her granddaughters, Marissa and Bella; and her brother Daniel Hayes.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family C/O Elkhart Cremation Services to help offset Expenses.
