She is survived by: her mother Dale Rains of Glen Burnie, MD; her husband John Troeger of Elkhart, IN; her siblings, Charles Rains (Brigitte) of Annapolis, MD, Robert Rains of Glen Burnie, MD and Susan Bell (Wayne) of Kennebunkport, ME.; her daughter Alexis Dugdale (Thomas) of Rochester, MN; and her grandchildren, Ariel and Jonas.
