He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Stevens and Martha Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Swoveland; his children, Suzanne Kao (Ifan) and Scott Stevens (Katie); his stepchildren, Braden Rupe and Stephanie Eakle (Andrew); and his siblings, Rodney Stevens, Pamela Armagost (Greg) and Barbara Lazor (Dave). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
