She was predeceased by: her father John E. Purvis. She is survived by: her mother Martha F. Purvis (Smith); her husband Michael Smolinski; her daughters, Mandy K. Purvis, Jesse F. Smolinski (Aaron Blessing) and Riley P. Smolinski; and her siblings, Connie Ritchie (David) and Chris Purvis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
