She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Allen Vail Sr. and Doris Vail (Purucker); and her sister Brenda Vale Radke. She is survived by: her husband David Thomas; her daughters, Margarita Hernandez, Bettie Hoover (Steven) and April Zillman; and her siblings, Ricky Purucker of Elkhart, Keith Vail Jr. of Niles, David Vail of Niles, Roger Vail of Elkhart, Charles Vail of Louisville, Kentucky, Karen Juarez of Niles and Juanita Wilson of Allendale. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren (with one on the way); and 2 great-grandchildren.
