He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne M. Bowen and Donna E. Celestine (Brodhead); and his brother Wayne M. "Skip" Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Gina Bowen; his sister Gidget Doss; his nieces, Lanae Kolanowski (Christopher), Lakin Kemper (Justin) and Lindsay Doss; and his nephew Brett Horien. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
Memorial donations may be given to his family, c/o Gina Bowen, to help alleviate funeral expenses.
