He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Maeyens and Alice Maeyens (Slisz); his wife Caroline "Sue" Maeyens (Fannin); and his sister Patricia Otolski. He is survived by: his sisters, Barb Klempay, Shirley Williams (Bob), Sandie Minder (Ken) and Deborah Smudey; his stepchildren, Tom Frantz (Dawn), Gena Lane, Rob Tubicsak (Connie), David Tubicsak (Wendy) and Don Tubicsak; and his pet Gizzy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
