He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Mary Agnes Maple. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Oswalt of Elkhart, Yvette McClane of Elkhart, Donald McClane of Elkhart and Kelly Oswalt of Elkhart; and his sisters, Cheryl Ann Maple of Michigan City, IN and Nancy Carolyn Wilson (Chris). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson.

Memorial contributions maybe given to the family to help with funeral expenses.
