He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ruhling and Winifred Ruhling (Reames); his sister Margaret; and his wife Nancy Morris (Long). He is survived by: his children, Michele Radkey (Jeff) of Middlebury, Michael Ruhling (Julie) of Jonesville, MI and Marc Ruhling of Goshen; and his grandchildren, Beth Griggs (Matt), Matthew Cripe (Allyce), Kellin Cripe (Morgan), Brenton Cripe (Abigayil), Alexander Ruhling (Courtney), Peter Ruhling and Nicholas Ruhling. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
