He was predeceased by: his father Fred Slisz; and his brother Ralph Slisz. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Michalski; his pet Annie; and his stepdaughters, Tina Kahler of Middlebury and Robin Fox (Albert) of Osceola. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, it was Tom's wish that any memorial donations be made in memory of Toys from Tom to Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, Gift Processing Administrator, 18251 Quantico Gateway Drive, Triangle, VA 22172.
