He is survived by: his wife Tina Heath of Elkhart, IN; his children, Amanda Holland of Elkhart, IN, Kassandra Lambert (Arthur) of Elkhart, IN and Lauren Miller of Warsaw, IN; and his brother Terry Heath of Elkhart, IN.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
