She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles, Marie Bartlett, Edmund and Velda Cook; her son Jeremy Edward Moore; and her aunts and uncles, Tedd, Sue Johnson (Bartlett), Edward Cook, Billy D. Cook and Margorie Ellen Cook.
She is survived by: her parents, Nancy Moore (Cook) and Richard "Dick" Moore; her brother Jeffrey E. Moore; her nephew Adam R. Moore; her sister-in-law Colleen Pratt (Stuck); and her aunts and uncles, Jim, Gail Bartlett, Ron and Patricia Steele (Cook).
